I am a bit perplexed by the choice of cheddar on salmon.

I have been using a tablespoon of real avocado mayo mixed with heinz relish and a cap of lemon juice - it's a tartar sauce clone with good fats.

I brine it then pan fry it. While it's cooking I make a separate sauce with yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill. Very easy and simple and tastes great.

The salmon was a leftover.

I needed extra fat so put slices of sharp cheddar on top and nuked it.

Was good.

You want to add weight you need to check it. You guys talk about weighing food why I can weigh myself and adjust my food accordingly. I need a waking weight a rehydrated weight mid day and a before bed weight to understand where the body is going and how to adjust.
