Yesterday I purchased all the ingredients I need to start adding some fruit and vegetables into my diet. Kale, frozen berries, frozen 'vegetable smoothie' mixes - all that stuff. Alas, I can't be bothered starting today. Not feeling it. I've had a cream cake and a bag of crisps for breakfast instead. I fear I'm going to have to get someone to pump that healthy crap down my throat like I'm a foie gras duck or I'll never start.
for the last few days....4 homemade oatmeal cookies w exactly 5 raisins in each cookie!!!!! 8 eggs whites w onion and green pepper
Ha.It's easy for me because I like the food. I generally oven roast a bag of broccoli and 4 chopped up sweet potatoes, then just pull off that for 4 days, then repeat. You travel a lot - if you want to spend the $ and have access, could do Athletic Greens or something like that.
wish I could eat like that........by the afternoon I would be chewing on the walls and before bed would be eating the couch cushions :-(what is that.. like 1200 calories?
I was actually just thinking about Athletic Greens recently after getting the sales pitch from Rogan while I was out walking. I'm on a little vacation just now but hoping I'm done with travelling for a while and can get my routine going again. Finally tried the smoothie earlier - really not too bad. Definitely the best way for me to incorporate the stuff into my diet.
