250g rice, 200g chicken, 100g asparagus, 1 pieces of cheese cake

250g rice, 200g meatballs, 1cup of salad, 2 pieces of cookies

200g Chinese noodles, 5 whole eggs, 100g chicken, 50g tomato

1 shake after gym with coconut water

1 cup of green tea with every meal

I pretty much eat whatever on Sundays, then jump back on the "cleanish" train on MON.

2 coffees
Life Cereal
2 Donuts / SM Coffee (Dunkin)

Steak w/ baked potato

Ice Cream (low fat) LOL  ;)

This stuff aint bad! (4 grams of fat per serving, but I probably had 3).

I make it myself.....I cut a thick chicken breast down the middle (the breasts I have been buying are freakin` huge),dip the breasts in beaten whole eggs,roll them in bread crumbs,cook in olive oil on a medium heat,then top with the cheese and put a cover on the pan so the cheese melts nicely,then just sauce from a jar with spaghetti on the side.....pretty good stuff, and quite easy to make.

I made a shitload of it so will finish it up today.

Hey,I`m Irish.....not Italian !  :D

I grew up in an Italian neighborhood before it became "the hood" and every Sunday if you walked through the neighborhood you could smell homemade sauce.....the old Italian ladies cooked it slowly for hours,but nobody beats Ragu!!  :)
