Meal # 1: Post-Workout:
1  scoop of whey in water
1/2 cup of steel oats mixed into the shake
1 banana
2 Tbsp. honey

Meal # 2:
BLT on 2 slices of rye bread
a bit of mayo
12 oz. Diet Coke

Meal # 3:
chicken breast
steamed asparagus
8 oz. yogurt
12 oz. Diet Coke

Meal # 4:
BLT on 2 slices of rye bread
a bit of mayo
12 oz. Diet Coke

Felt like shit this AM due to insomnia....no energy or drive at all so I drank my usual pint of water,3 cups of coffee,8 oz. of OJ,and 2 Tbsps of honey, then I got busy.

Meal # 1 Post-Workout:
1 scoop of whey in water
1/2 cup of steel cut oats mixed into  the shake
1 banana

Meal # 2:
4 whole eggs
2 slices of rye toast with butter
8 oz. OJ

Meal # 3:
chicken breast
sweet potatoes with (artificial butter spray)
steamed broccolli with (artificial butter spray)
Crystal-Lite

Meal # 4:
16 oz. yogurt
1 banana
2 chocolate rice cakes with natty PB
8 oz. water

what do they cut the others with?

I've actually looked that one up before because I was curious about it  ;D

The others are rolled. The cut ones are supposed to have more fiber I think.

Been doing an experiment last 3 weeks, inspired by Serge Nubret I've been eating 4lbs of 8/20 beef a day, this is wild my scale weight is not moving but I'm just getting leaner and more muscular, going to ride this out the entire month.

How do you cook your ground beef?

I'm giving the carnivore thing a try, only 1 week in.

I'm just doing burgers on the smoker and a meatloaf type thing with seasoning.

Google either Girondas Meat & water,Meat,Egg,& water or Google diet of bb`s from the 60`s meat & water diet.....they all did if for contests back then with an occasional salad thrown in

That study contradicts much of the current info about cholesterol, sat fat and brain function.

Current info supports improved brain function from a diet high in cholesterol and sat fat.

Also a diet very low in carbs, high in sat fat and cholesterol results in reduced triglycerides and increased HDL.

I have experienced this myself.

The modern Western diet as recommended is lower in trans fat and cholesterol but very high in carbs, sugars, and seed oils (soybean, canola, etc.)

Obesity and diabetes have skyrocketed since "low fat" has become the recommended way of eating.

I cook everything's in stainless steel,  I'd stay the fuck away from anything other than stainless steel or cast iron, those non stick pans are full of toxins, aluminum and various other shit that leeches out into your food.

It's pretty wild I was already carnivore, but eggs and raw milk were staples, gave this a shot basically because of Nubret, but it's otherwise known as the Lion Diet coined by Micheala Peterson.

As I have explained I suffer from both anorexia ans bigorexia it is a constant struggle cant be big enough cant be lean enough try to relax and jusr eat normal when hungry vs too much or too little. But eventually one will take over and I will go too far.

Thanks, i cook all my meat on a smoker.

Sometimes do steaks in a cast iron skillet.

tomato
cucumbers with greek yogurt / dill / garlic and black pepper
2 cups raw milk

Slowly phasing the lower carb.  Could be placebo, but feel great, not flat.
