Unfortunately I have never mastered the consistent perfect poop. Think what a joy it would be to have those rare perfect poops every time. You know what I'm talking about, the ones that aren't too hard, nor too soft, not too large, nor to small, not too wet, nor too dry, and that come out quite gracefully, leaving a minimum or nothing of waste on the toilet paper and toilet walls.

1/2 cup oats mixed dry into shake
1 banana
2 Tbsp. honey

Meal # 2:
3 whole eggs over easy
4 turkey sausage links
2 slices of rye toast lightly buttered
8 oz. OJ

Meal # 3:
beef & cheese filled Ravioli with tomato sauce
Crystal-Lite

Meal # 4:
RTD protein shake (30gms. of protein)

Been eating like a little girl, but now Im where I want to be (200 lbs) I dropped 10 lbs in a week or 2.
(Ive been 210 for a year or so). Was mainly fluid/bloat, pissed it all out in a week or 2.
Of course with stomach shrinkage, appetite goes down. I feel better not eating so much.
Strength took a small dive it feels like.

Average day lately (yesterday).

1. 2 coffee's / banana (pre gym)

2. 3 eggs / 5 bacon strips (post gym)

3. Chicken Burrito w/ salsa only

4. Bowl of Cheerios

I was looking forward to pigging out but weirdly enough I didn`t have much of an appetite.

Dinner: rice, fillet steak, broccoli, yellow, red, green bell peppers, onion, peanuts, 1 banana, 1 kiwi, fishoil and vitamin K2
About half a gallon of mineral water over the course of the day
