Just went to brunch buffet at churrascos..had like 8 diet cokes, 4 Caipirinha‘s and 5 trips to the buffet..had so much shrimp and beef tenderloin I’m going to shit blood and die

The double quarter pounder put my fat Kind of high for the day but everything else was good total calories under 3k I like to keep my ratios balanced and just reduce my calories vs doing some crazy all fat no carb diet I feel this will keep me full and wrong and of course keeping protein high I think 150g is good. I May add a shake I don’t know so far just whole food.

18lbs on the scale in the last 6 weeks... lost 7 lbs first week just pissing out the water...weigh around 200-202...no cardio... i feel good but i miss those fuckin carbs... im flat as fuck most days...the quality of my workouts has suffered a little... i still train hard buts its tough to get that crazy pump ive been used to for 20 years...going to try adding small amounts of carbs to help w this.. i go back to the doc in 2 months for some more a1c tests n bloods... thanks for asking tho brother.... hbu?

Glad to hear you are doing it, 18lbs down and eating much better will make a huge difference. Keep it up. I’m in the same boat as you pretty much. My god damn statin is making me diabetic. But I’ve been on a tear of eating lately and honestly just don’t give a fuck anymore so I just keep eating lots of crap. Stupid I know but just don’t care.
