8 whole eggs sunny side up with salt/pepper. 1/2 pound of bacon.

Coffee with Ghee and heavy cream.

2 large salmon fillets with butter sauce.

1 pound of 80/20 grass fed ground beef (not rinsed). ;D

2 large ribeye's with 4 boiled eggs.

Scored some raw butter and ghee super cheap in Mexico while on vacation.

Not lately.

I'm trying this strict carnivore diet for 3-4 months just as an experiment.

Not really impressed with it so far, but i'm going to finish.

Sourdough toast

Lunch
6oz of chicken secret recipe over rice..even though it’s Italian

Lunch again
7oz of tuna mixed with mayo, mustard, and diced pickled jalapeños

Dinner
6oz ground beef,2.5oz pasta, marinara sauce I made

Pre-bed
1 scoop of muscle milk in water, and a ratio blueberry yogurt (25grams of protein)

We made the determination that I was ahead of schedule. So yesterday I are 514 grams of protein. 514. I am full. I am not hungry.

Here's a good recipe for a keto muffin.

Into a microwavable mug...
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tsp butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 whole egg

Mix it up in the mug and then microwave on high for 90 seconds

Pop it out of the mug.

Has about 1 net gram carb.
