1 bag quest chips, tuna salad wrap, 6 strawberrys w whipped cream

10oz burger patty, cheese, everything but bun

2 fake ice cream sandwiches

handful of roasted peanuts and 1 bud light hahaha...wtf

Haha :D Do you do this often? 

I’ve done up to six scrambled before and it was a gut-buster, but I would guess you’re probably much larger than me.  I weighed in the low 180s when eating like that.

bowl ice cream with Twix bar
clotted cream rice pudding
few more twix chocolate bars

Went seeing a former Universe winner yesterday to check me over condition wise

Went well, he seemed happy with my look, commented on leg conditioning and triceps although he didnt mention biceps (seems Hankins is right)
Had a chat about going forward, see him again in two weeks
Currently 5 weeks out from first show

Brother it does work.  I hate admitting diet is so important- but it is.

Give me 90 days clean and big. See what happens.

i am very busy and believe in the power of fasting, i believe it makes your mind very bitter and angry and therefore more driven, so i only eat one meal in the evening and it is usually a lean cut of beef or poultry with vegetables and rice or pasta, i am concerned there is mrna vaccines in all the food plus it is also genetically modified, to be honest i am scared to eat
