I think it helps to write it down here.It would seem pointless to eat like shit and then come on here and lie about it so when I am about to go to bed and that damn bag of Oreo cookies is calling my name I can say Fuck you Oreos if I eat you I will have to write it down tomorrow.

2 Tbsp. of honey
1 banana

Meal # 2:
large homemade taco....large soft taco shell,ground beef,diced tomato,shredded lettuce,shredded cheese,taco mix
Diet-Coke

Meal # 3:
bowl of frosted mini wheats with whole milk

Meal # 4:
RTD 30 gram protein shake

Meal # 5:
tuna melt sandwich,= 1 can tuna,2 slices wheat bread,mayo,2 slices of provolone cheese

Chicken breast with rice I cooked up 6 breasts in my slow cooker Sunday
Went 5 hours without eating was pretty hungry at dinner time
3 pieces roast chicken and hand full of fries (wife was sabotaging my ass)
Went to bed hungry will have to eat something soon
Oh yeah had a bunch of coffee and 1 Bang energy drink

Meal 1: 80/20 ground beef -1 pound
Meal 2: 80/20 ground beef -1 pound
Meal 3: 80/20 ground beef -1pound
Meal 4 80/20 ground beef - 1 pound
Right around 4,600 calories and maintaining really decent conditioning, never have I eaten this much food/calories and stayed this tight, usually 3000-3400 is my maintenance.  I'm going to start dropping the hammer and shred up next couple of weeks alternating one day 4lbs 80/20 ground beef one day 4lbs 93/7 ground beef (basically doing protein sparing modified fast).
