lol routine, when I walk I put one foot in front of the other, is that a routine too, can I be a coach

And this is precisely why workouts fail because of lack of planning. No, you can't be a "coach", you're not qualified. But you are a bonafied idiot.

This is why I hardly give training advise on here anymore, bunch of pricks on here. I literally have 50-75 pm's about training and I won't answer any.

Prove it. Copy and paste your PM inbox.

I call B.S.

I have quite a few myself. I just answer them.... privately.

Internet facades out here, more real folks privately and personally.

Poor guy.

A lot of these so called "pricks" are only that way on the open forum, not in private. They are much more gracious and even willing to pay for your "advices" ~ be cool Coach.

I'm sure your gym clientele is enough to keep you paying your rent.

Serious question, do you not think a workout should be planned or do you just walk into the gym, pick a bodypart with random exercises? It's throwing shit against the wall and hope it sticks.

Vic Richards, you know, the monster? He always said "I could just train biceps three days in a row if I felt like it." He waits til he gets to the gym to decide.

I don't follow that approach, but then I look nothing like that Freakazoid.

He claimed a lot of shit but I think people are smart enough now to realize it was bullshit. After my first wife broke up with her girlfriend (no, not a typo) he was dating her for awhile. Dude was a ton of shit.

This is for bodybuilding purposes only.

Biceps -

90 degree preachers - 4 x10-12 paired w/
Standing DB curls (1/4 turn at the top) 4 x 10-12

Single arm preachers (on machine) - 3 x 12 Paired w/
Hammer curls - 3 x 8

Triceps -

Close Grip Bench - 4 x 5 (to 275 or 315)

DB skull crushers - 3 x 10-12 Paired w/
Weighted Dips - 3 x 8-10

Superband Push downs - 3 x 15-20 Paired w/
Close grip push ups on med ball - 3 x 10-12

Dude these are called COMPOUND SETS. I have been doing them for years.

Your theory is sound but the execution is off. Typically you have several options for creating a compound set, for example you can pair up a free weight exercise and then stack it with a machine counterpart (since the muscle still has life and this allows you to hit it without working your stabilizers) or you can work a midrange/stretch to a contracted type (I LOVE doing this for biceps, goes like incline db curls for stretch one arm then move directly into db unsupported concentration curls. or for chest, decline db flyes then move directly into standing crossovers- very effective for growth. You have to be careful to accentuate the stretch on stretching movements and accentuate the contraction on peak contraction type movements)

My personal favorite is the tri-set. Difficult to pull off, but it goes like this- take your bodypart and find an exercise which allows you to target it. Usually a machine works well. Then hit a 2nd exercise which is similar in movement but allows some assistance from other bodyparts. Then a 3rd movement which again allows even more assistance from surrounding muscles.

Tri-sets work best for quads I have found and not really any other muscles. I have tried with no success. For everything else there are super sets, compound sets, drop sets, rest pause and forced reps. No worries, you can ALWAYS do something.

For quads I have found drop sets and tri sets work better than anything by FAR. Tri sets go like this- Leg extensions followed by Leg Presses followed by Back Squats. Simple, effective, hard as FUCK!!! Basically extensions allow you to isolate an fatigue your quads, then you move into Leg Presses (with a narrow stance) which allow some assistance from hips and hamstrings followed by Back Squats which allow assistance from hips hams calves glutes and lower back. You are able to COMPLETELY take your quads to total failure, it's really quite intense.

Why the fuck did I just type all of that....I hope some of you fuckers actually use some of this and not just come back with "religion of peace" or copy and paste links to shitty threads I have made in the past...

Bump for apply85

I plan out my work outs pretty carefully, in fact my usual routine for biceps is either all preachers or preachers and curls and sometimes I will throw in some cable work, but mostly it's preachers and curls, so it's your "routine," the reason I'm mocking you is that I figured this routine out when I was 15, and you continue to perpetuate this idea that you are sought out for your expertise in training while being in expert in training is something like being an expert at dodge ball, and your real value to your pupils is your knowledge of the application and your ability to connect them to... drugs. And you ridicule gh15 because of the importance he places on proper drug use because he's giving something away that you charge for, you're a lying liar, hey why r ur tights on fire, liar liar spandex on fire

Dude, why don't you go back and see why I wrote that. I wrote that because I think it was Meso_Z asked for an example...thats all. He asked me I answered. Simple right?

Now here's questions for all who mock me. How you put your training together with no progressions? In order for training to effective YOU MUST HAVE PLANNED PROGRESSIONS. What are they and how often does it change?

i keep telling you super balonie doesnt work ,, its not the traiing that grow you it is the training ON HORMONES who does,, if training grew you you woudnt all be stuck `160lb naturaly at 5'10 and hardly even stand 6% will be fighting to be 6% since your body wanna be 8% and that with FAT BURNERS in system lol you get what im saying?

for years over years you all say how you hate magazine ,,, how bad magaizne are ,, how you dont buy them ,, and then ...you make the internet your magazine and FOLLWO THE EXACTG SAME BALONIE THAT IS WRITTEN IN MAGAZINE,,

i dont know if to cry or laugh but i really think americanos are straight out idiots and im not joking,, we have around the world this thing where we laugh at americano girls for being whores and fake....but look here th americano male is no better,, straight out I D I O T

im serious about it ,, international fellas they can be idiot at times but are much more street smart and like i dont know they get things very fast in their head,,the russian fella learn very fast that exercise sin the gym are good to hav e16 inch arm in condition and go on hormones and dont talk balonie about super balonie sets lol ,, you cant even do super set unless hormonized otherwize you will go into the shrinking mode trust me on that lol but thats ok im surre americanos wil continue being dumb it is a proven thing for the last 15 years,,
shame

on every 10 dumb americanos there is 1-2 wize ones,, this is the sad thing,, it should be the opposite way my friends,,

superset has nothing to do with the final muscle mesurment,, it is the hormones and the dose and just training basics

this tread is pretty sad i didnt even read it all i just went through it half way ,, its just real sad to know some fellas really really believe in what they say here,,

BODYBUILDING = HORMONES ,, RESPOND OF HORMONES ,, LEGITIMACY OF THOSE HORMONES,, AND TIMING OF THOSE HORMONES

THAT IS WHAT BODYBUILDING IS ,, nothing! nothing~ to do with super balonies
