i started feeling noticeably less energetic when i was about 21/22 or as soon as i hit 215 lbs.  ever since then it's been a horrible, grueling downward spiral of joint pain and lifeless, empty-feeling muscles.  now at 24 i've really hit rock bottom and even jogging several times per week is hard on my knees wtf.  i'm going to the doctor later this week because i've started to suspect something must be really wrong.

Turning 34 and most of my aches have gone - at age of 18 to 26 it was tough.
Hair loss, but I've shaved my head since an eternity.
If I feel funny I let the hair grow and most people are totally thrown off because I look young but have an old geezer's hair line   :D
I never would have dared such a thing when I was younger - if you're lucky and your body doesn't fall apart too soon many of life's doors are wide open.
A new hair here and there - head excluded - that's it.

Oh and this...if I drink a beer and then drive...no matter if its one beer or three, I have to freakin pull over every single muthaf&%kin time on the way to where I'm going to empty my bladder. And the older I get the less concerned I am about where I empty it. The other day I just stopped at the lights, opened the door and kind of rolled sideways, lent over and let it go.

When my ear and nose hairs got longer, and when I started getting grey hairs on my chin (I usually have bright red hair that pops up), so I look like 22 yr old with grey hair

And to fuck it all, I have 2 grey nosehairs, one in each nostril...guy!
