i started feeling noticeably less energetic when i was about 21/22 or as soon as i hit 215 lbs. ever since then it's been a horrible, grueling downward spiral of joint pain and lifeless, empty-feeling muscles. now at 24 i've really hit rock bottom and even jogging several times per week is hard on my knees wtf. i'm going to the doctor later this week because i've started to suspect something must be really wrong.
i'm 34, just did legs and chest 4am, have been off almost a yr, did about 70% (my upperbody strength levels arent there yet) of my maxs but a lot of reps. i'm ready for tomorrow. day off so just chilling after 7 rotations in a row. soreness was gone after 2 hrs.what you think about that gus? yip yip

about 29 when the hang overs would take the whole day to recover from, and when i would start to yawn at the bar/club at 2am
you no longer listen to music radio, instead its mainly talk radio.. you make a grunting sound getting up from a chair, and make an 'ahhhh' sound when you slump your ass down in a chair.
I am still young, energic and handsome
