yes,, eventhough dex much better,, but still the probelm is philsulina will have to be on the money with the drugs none stop and right doses to keep it ,, he is maxed maxed maxed and he just doesnt have the foundation to survive on for a while,, he need to always be on the money to win ,, its a problem

i dont think phil's structure can handle much more size.. and yes, he does need more size.. i just dont know where it will go.. no room.. looking at the india show pics it appears that kai had it.. just too much size and structure for phil.. and yes, the sad thing is what will phil do this off season.. he appears to really shrink after his shows.. if you win the olympia fans expect to see mr olympia.. not just the contendor.. he did look very good at th o.. the added size did "make up" for the lack of width somewhat.. but i dont think he holds the title next year.. i just dont see much room for improvement..

That was said back in 07-08, I remember 240 posting a pic showing his obliques...it didn't look good for The Gift, but he added more quality muscle and kept his waist tight. He'll add little by little, more chest, delts, back and legs...he'll grow a dense as fuck back, you can see the makings of a back worthy to follow Haney, Dorian, and Ronnie.

Yes, the guy is just packed with a ton of hard, dense muscle. And I really don't think Kai's conditioning is so bad. Cross striations on the quads, the ass striations that everybody loves to see. And neither Jay nor Kai have huge guts. It's relatively flat for guys their size. The problem with Jay is he has a wide waist. Kai does not. Personally, I'm a Wolf fan but of those three I'd put Kai ahead of Jay and Phil.

I think you got that wrong...he is tricep heavy, which is why his arms look huge in the Kevin Levrone Signature MM...his lateral heads are huge...

Actually your statement dont really contradict my assessment.

Tricep heavy yes. They should be two thirds of arm, big bicep in pretty good relation to tris imo.

But small delts in relation. Appearant in many pics.
