my next pics will be coming up in bout 3-4 weeks and my delts and arms WILL BE BIGGER, just wait and see Cool

and @ the same level of CONDITIONING ie. 5%

this will be the reference pic and i'll post myself in the same pose and i kinda think that my arms and delts are gonna be bigger, but we will see

these pics will be posted up a week from tuesday or wednesday

and it seems that my delts and arms are bigger nowadays, but my chest really ain't, at least i think so lol

if i can keep this level of conditioning but be 10-15 pounds bigger then i'll be set Cool

I have seen some of your stage pics, very impressive if truly you are a natural. What are your stats, height and weight in contest and off-season.

Completely Nat.   38   -  5'8    currently about 195lbs.     Contests were about 185-190.  Trying now to get down to 185 again.  Its harder at 38 - no lie

and when i post the update pic here next week it should tell an interesting tale, coz i've certainly gained some size and i've been training arms and delts heavy while training chest and legs moderately, so if i've gained as much size in my chest that i've gained in my arms and delts then that will be saying something

i have clearly defined goals, and they are not to be massive

5'11" 170-180 @ sub-5

right now i'm 160 @ sub-5 so i have 10-20 more pounds to go and i will hit the 10 pounds added mark BEFORE july 31st
