Prior to going to sleep, have sex with another man and make sure that you cum inside of his rectum, followed by him returning the favor (In that order).

I think you'll find that reaching an orgasm is a very helpful way for men to become sleepy, that and his cumming inside your rectum, immediately after your own reaching of orgasm, will provide you with a sense of inner warmth that will only further aid in your progression into deep sleep.

Give it a try and report back with any and all results obtained.

Haha. I could never make it as a homo. After I ejaculate, it's sleepy time.

I usually need at least 8 - 9 hrs of sleep.

However the last 8 years I have rarely went to bed at a normal time (22 - 01 hrs).

Sometimes I go at around 04.00 other times 06.00 so I end up having slept only 3 - 4 hrs and  feeling like shit all day.

OTC pills don't help and I don't want to get addicted to sleeping pills.

Any getbiggers have any tips for me?

just jerk off before going to bed that should do it.

Lot's of good advice here. Important things are:

- Adjust the time you work out. I sleep very well after training at night. Other people just can't fall asleep.
- An apneu patient does not lie awake like you
- Melatonin works very well for some people, doesn't do shit for most
- An occasional sleeping pill will not make you addicted
- Try using an antihistamin pill (for hay fever or motion sickness)
- Drink milk before bed (really works for some)
- Be sure there isn't another reason for being tired all day

Sleep well, sweet dreams, don't let the bed bugs bite you.

Why the odd sleep schedule Adam? Bed at 5am?
It depends on how busy we are throughout the day as to what time we go to bed.  Also we get up whenever we do and do not have a set schedule.  Sure enough the dogs came and woke me up like clockwork.  They have a great internal clock.

I accidentally drank a half glass of warm milk a while back, just because i had horrible dry mouth, 5 min later i was out. Slept like a rock, and woke up feeling amazing. I myself take an antidepressant sleep aid.

Avoid caffeine for at least 6-10 hours prior to bed.  Half life roughly 4-5 hours.  Some people have great tolerance to caffeine and can drink it can go right to sleep, while some are sensitive.

Trazodone is prescribed a lot for sleeping in the US and UK. In Holland and Germany almost nil. Personally I think Mirtazapine (remeron) is safer and as least as good. But if it works for you, great.

these bad habits come from following them for a long time, long enough so they finally settled in your lifestyle. Have you been unemployed? Did you leave school early to live on your own? Did you have par time jobs for long periods of time?

You're not happy with your life in general. That's what you need to change.
exactly. People who have a balanced, fulfilling life , work enough but not too much, spend quality time with significant people, have their own favorite hobbies thrown in there with decent physical activity, do not consum drugs or chemicals, feel loved and eat reasonably sleep well.

Sleep patterns originate in our genes and can alrdy be seen when we re some months old, but can be easily modified to some extent by new acquired habits. Still, some people go to bed later in general than others. Intelectual , fast thinking, observing ones often fall in this category, while people who are more into menial tasks often go to bed earlier.

Yup. Works VERY WELL for me. Was on 150mg everynight for 3 years, now i only take 50mg. When it comes to medications, its not really about the MG. DOSAGE.........it ALL DEPENDS ON HOW ONES OWN BRAIN CHEMISTRY RESPONDS TOO THAT MEDICATION AND HOW THIER BODY METABOLIZES IT.......... I took Mirtazapine ONCE, when i spent the night at a buddys, forgot my meds, gave me 30mg of Mirtazapine and slept like a rock. Medications that are used as Sleepaids should ONLY be for people who have mental illness' IMO. Anti-depressant sleep aids, BENZOS, etc........all get bad Reps because PEOPLE who SHOULD not be taking them, take them and abuse them, and overdose, getting it from thier friends, family, etc........

Take caffeine to wake up and work, take steroids to feel powerful and get bigger muscles, take anti depressants when you cant deal with your past or tough relationships with loved ones, take energizing drinks and beers to socialize, smoke to calm yourself, take cialis/viagra pills to fuck, take sleep pills to sleep... Get a lipo, a rinhoplasty, a boob job, inject collagen when you re getting old...

I want to be young forever, to care only about myself forever, i dont want to die ! and face the truth.

Definitely, abandonning God , having no faith made a lot of people rich.

RUN!
if you have psychological problem and are following deeply rooted subconscious patterns that make you unhappy and unable to contribute you can run as much as you want it s not going to help...

any physical activity wether it s running or lifting weights or whatever only makes your brain secrete neurochemicals that will temporarly make you feel well for a short time, but that wont solve the other deeper, troubles at work in the background of your subconscious. These ones take a lot more than just running 45 minutes... This is when faith and knowledges are needed.

Hapiness is linked to faith, it is a stable mental state. Just feeling well randomly in life while consuming an addiction again and again and again until its effect doesnt work anymore and you need to jump to another new one while being in a constant state of despair most of the time between the exciting short periods of time has nothing to do with hapiness. Dont confuse pleasure and hapiness, and dont confuse the process of ''flow'' with hapiness either. Hapiness has to be worked on, while pleasure is spontaneous and cannot by definition last long. Do not confuse what makes you truly happy and pleasure.

you re a mental midget. Actually faithful religious people are the most secure and contributing individuals on earth. Seriously, are you attempting to sound dumb, immature and ignorant on purpose or something?

No, I'm tryin to say that being religious gives you stability and something to rely on when times are bad, and that reality's a bitch. Don't call me names, it will not increase your credibility..
