I HAVE USED LAY DOWN VERSION TOO,,YEAH DIFFERENT THAN BACK SUPPORTED.LEG EXTENSION/LUNGES ARE GREAT FOR GETTING DETAIL/GROOVES IN THE MUSCLE ,,I DO DROP SETS SOMETIMES ON EXTENSION'S 10X10 EXAMPLE 250/195 DO IT 3X WICKED PUMP AT END...

That's what I've been missing....the damn lunges!!

You do them walking or one leg at a time in the same spot?

YEAH WALKING WITH DUMBELLS TO SIDES UP GYM FLOOR PROBABLY 15 STEPS OR MORE PER LEG OR UP STAIRS WITH DBELL OR 45 LB PLATE PER HAND,,OR SQUAT RACK WEIGHT ON SHOULDERS AND DO ONE LEG AT A TIME FOWARD BACK THEN NEXT LEG 10/12 PER LEG I GO UP TO 185 WHEN STRONG.

Lunges have probably been the most difficult exercise for me to do properly. I find myself losing balance and wobbling like I'm gonna tip over...lol. Time to give them another go me thinks...

solid muscles from traps to calves(great chest,legs and shoulders). Defined and quality muscle no fat at all.. how do you do it without cardio??

so you really believe that one needs to do all the angle training yes? ie. many different exercises for the same bodypart

YES,,,BACK IS QUITE LARGE BODYPART,,,TRAPS TO LUMBAR TO IN BETWEEN,,,I LIKE TRAINING AND I DO MODERATE VOLUME SAY BI/TRI 8/12 SET'S,,BACK 14/16,CHEST SAME.DELTS DEPENDS ,,TRAPS/CALVES 5/6 SETS ,,,PEOPLE THAT DO 18 OR MORE SETS PER BODYPART BETTER BE GASSED TO HANDLE VOLUME/RECOVERY,,,
