So what's the daily meals look like and has it differed much since you've started training?
You ever come to a point where you couldn't shove another piece of chicken, fish, etc down your mouth?
meal 1 egg beaters about cup with turkey and broccolli or usually some low fat cheese sprinkled..cup or 2 coffee black ,,2 slices grain bread
meal 2 then either packet oats or greek yogurt with scoop whey protein 2 either
meal 3 chicken and brown rice or tuna made with honey mustard or balsamic dressing on whole grain bread or turkey on whole grain
meal 4 dinner at home
train nite time
meal 5 whey protein with either cheerios or low fat ice cream mixed with whey i like some sugar carbs after training,,
so with some meals i have banana,apple,orange somewhere i eat at least 3/4 fruits per day
salad every nite with dinner
vegetables 2/3 servings per day
i usually snack on either low fat wheat crackers lol,,,or a couple granola bars all flavors i like them,,,
that's pretty much day to day,,weeekends i might eat pizza,pasta on sun nite italian tradition and bread olive oil real bread ,,,
i do zero cardio
,,,space meals 3 or so hours no biggie,,somedays eat less,,,i eat a good amount protein ,,mod carbs ,,some fat,,some nites after training i'll eat some tablespoons peanut butter ,,red meat 2 meals per wk ect,,,
