well mate...what ever gets you going...i like panty thing...i mean i DO NOT wear them.. Grin but i like a woman to be sexy...not cheap but erotic... Wink we have this older mature pair in the Gym, the woman wears conservative clothes going to her office job( a girl who works part time in the gym sees her in the train every morning and so speaks to her) but comes in the gym in sexy tight leather skirts,stockings... she is very sexy too. She asked me for some exercises for her ass. she is hot. Man..i put her on the Hyperextension bench 45 degrees...i nearly shot my load.. she loved it. She watches me sometimes in the gym, whispers to her guy...i think a three some will be on itīs way...might even invite Galeniko... Grin

You ever come to a point where you couldn't shove another piece of chicken, fish, etc down your mouth?
meal 1 egg beaters about cup with turkey and broccolli or usually some low fat cheese sprinkled..cup or 2 coffee black ,,2 slices grain bread
meal 2 then either packet oats or greek yogurt with scoop whey protein 2 either
meal 3 chicken and brown rice or tuna made with honey mustard or balsamic dressing on whole grain bread or turkey on whole grain
meal 4 dinner at home
train nite time
meal 5 whey protein with either cheerios or low fat ice cream mixed with whey i like some sugar carbs after training,,

so with some meals i have banana,apple,orange somewhere i eat at least 3/4 fruits per day
salad every nite with dinner
vegetables 2/3 servings per day
i usually snack on either low fat wheat crackers lol,,,or a couple granola bars all flavors i like them,,,

that's pretty much day to day,,weeekends i might eat pizza,pasta on sun nite italian tradition and bread olive oil  real bread ,,, Grin

i do zero cardio Smiley,,,space meals 3 or so hours no biggie,,somedays eat less,,,i eat a good amount protein ,,mod carbs ,,some fat,,some nites after training i'll eat some tablespoons peanut butter ,,red meat 2 meals per wk ect,,,

Looks like you got a good balanced diet going on. After looking through it I'm realizing a good protein powder would come in handy.

i try/do enough for the finished product u see lean wise/shape..i train very intense/hard/short workouts/diverse movements and different types od supersets/tri sets/hi rep/lo rep u name it,,,

legs all around 1 hour to 1:15 intense,chest /tri/abs 1:20 most avg,back/bi day 1:15 or so,,,delt/calf day 45/50 min shortest one...

This is the way to train..cut down the rest time..work fast and hard.
