This seems to be something that really varies from person to person. Some people feel greet on super lower carbs while others such as me feel like absolute crap and the workouts go to hell .

How many days per week are you training? Are you training on any of the carb up days?
Thanks, I tried the keto diet (To a T) about two years ago, and it drove me crazy within three days. I'm not sure what the difference is now.
I train one body part per day, Monday thru Friday. 6 to 8 reps generally. No training on the weekend, eating like a monster.
