I think most peole could figure out that you should´nt do pro doses when starting up with gear. When I started tren, eq and gh and prop I did tren 50 mg eod, eq 300 mg, gh 2 iu and prop 50 mg eod... actually I tried out even smaller to check if the gear was legit. After 3 months or so on I add some more, Cycle some orals in and out. I am not a newbie either I´ve been bodybuilding and competing since 1995. I am a newbie on tren and gh though. Now i´m at 100 mg tren eod, 400 mg eq, 100 mg prop eod, 3 iu gh. Good shit. I´m gonna stay on this for 1-2 years straight and see if I can get better than before. I used to compete with sustanon 1g week, dbol 50 mg ed and winstrol 50 mg ed. LOL

First off Howard is one of the dumbest motherfuckers ever to walk the face of this earth.

Secondly it depends on your goals. It also depends on your genetics, as to the quantitys that you will be using. Bodybuilding is all drugs. Bodysculpting has far more variables.

Steroids are very safe compared to drink and smoking, thats fact.
