I have to agree with GH-15 on this subject.I cannot stand when a guy on drugs enters a natural show.Its a bunch of bull shit.
I dont cant if you use gear, or dont use gear.But if you use gear, dont enter drug tested shows.Its a very unfair advantage.Only a coward would compete against natural guys, while using anabolics.Its like brining a gun to a knife fight.
Ron,is a decent writer, how ever, his physique is horrid, even on juice.
If I looked that bad on juice after 30 years of training I might take up another sport like cycling or running.Bodybuilding is not in his cards.
If you see him in person he looks about 170-175lbs tops.
If I didnt know him and saw him walking down the street I would think he might work out at his house 3-4 times a week.I call them back yard benchers ..I would never beleive he used gear.170lbs and 15 1/2" arms on gear ,its time to pull the gun out and shoot yourself, in the head.Make sure you dont miss, lol

The problem is quite simple.1) poor genetics 2) poor responder, plus he wore out his receptors by not coming off 3) He uses weight that is to heavy for him so he can impress people in his online videos.Its a fu#$# mess.
So you have a man with bad shape, with fried receptors, and poor form shaping his poor shaped body even worse then it already is.He uses terrible form.He uses strictly momentum to move the weight.
If you have poor genetics-poor shape, you need to pay attention to how you train.
How you train is how you look.All the drugs in the world will not fix, somebody is they arent using full range of montion and cheating to lift the weight.When I say cheating I mean only momentum, not the muscle to lift the weight

They actually knew anything about modern bodybuilding, asked interesting questions and unlike Chiwawa and rest of crew they could actually read competitors names and knew anything about them. So it wasn't big surprise when they decided to publish polish MD videos on official MD site they got many more hits than Chiwawa. American MD got furious about that and felt endangered so they banned Polish MD from every international event

I bet the people who supply him give him the stuff they dont want, because if he cries, they can just blow the whistle on him.
