Pecs

Smith Incline press- break in bar + 1 pl ea side x 15, 2pl x 8, 3 pl x1, 35 x1, 315 x mis, 305 x 2.

Hammer Decline P. 1 plate ea side x 10-already warmed up, 2 pl x 10, 3 plates x 8 , 4 pl x 6. 5 pl x 5., 500 x 2 rest pause bilaterally, 2 forced unilaterally!
... ... 6 plates + 25 ea x 4 neg each arm!- very heavy, especially struggled with left side.

Delts
Hammer Behind neck press 1 pl ea side x 10, 2 3 pl x 8, 4 pl x 4, bilaterally, 5 pl x 4 rest pause ea side!

Triceps

Hammer dip machine. 4 pl ea side x 10. 6 pl x 6.. 7 pl ea side x 7!

BW 257 lbs!
