thank u,,,good to see some new posters chiming in,,,i am going to keep going ,,,at least till my daughters are old enough to date,,,
Lol I'm sure their future boyfriends will think twice before engaging in any inappropriate behavior. Just curious if you have any joint issues? I still fairly young but I have pain in my elbows, shoulders, lower back etc. nothing that keeps me from working out but I can see how another few years of moderate to heavy lifting could pretty much stop me from lifting when I get older.

NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER ,THE ELBOW THING IS OCCASSIONAL FLAREUP AND I JUST TRAIN AND SO BE IT,I NEVER USE ELBOW WRAPS WITH IT LIKE SOME PEOPLE DO...STRENGHT WISE I'M STILL VERY STRONG I'M ABOUT 5'7 TO 5'8 190 MOST OF THE TIME AND SQUAT 405 FOR SOLID 8 ,HACK SQUAT 5/6 PLATES PER SIDE ,LEG PRESS 8 PLATES PER SIDE VERY STRONG LEGS,I ONLY USE KNEE WRAP FOR HEAVIEST SET. I HAVE STRONG BACK AND ABS SO LEG/BACK ISSUES ARE NON EXISTENT.ANYTHING ELSE ASK,,,,  ...STEVE NJFLEX..
