That Ferrigno shot is from the 73 Mr. Universe. I think that might have been his best shape ever. Yes, he got bigger in the 93-94 comeback on the Gh and modern drugs..but his waist got thicker . In 74 he was smoother at the the Universe and he lost size at the 74 Olympia. In 75 he was smooth in Pretoria, so i think 73 was his best year. |

I remember when Danny Padilla told us Zane would do Roman Chair sit-up for 15, 30 and 45 minutes at a time... so we all started doing that. |
