yeah maybe there are 2-3kg to reach but i dont see the problem in taking low dose testo to gain some more muscles...+ for ECA for gettin ripped afterwards and boom, goal reached.
i dont have the nerve anymore to watch out how many gramms of protein i take how many gramms of carbs and this and that
i look like that while dieting and dont giving a shit bout proteins, if you dont compete, i think that whole stuff is overrated
work out
eat more to gain/ eat less to lose weight
and if you want more muscles after..lets say 5 years of hard natural training...take roids
i mean you dont even have to take that much, low dose testo is more than enough to look better than 90% of the other gymmembers
