How should do i take B5 for my roid induced acne?

Like do i mega dose(what dose?) for a certain period of time then cruise on a lower dosage indefinitely?
or mega dose till the acne stops then stop taking B5? or??

Mega dose it for a week and then take cut the dose down for maintenance. Worked well for me. Cleared up cystic acne.

Got mine today, just took a 500 mg cap. Hope this shit works, the acne on my back/shoulders is ruining the symmetry of my body.

after the acne clears, do I lower dose to keep the acne away or stop completely??

or do I just megadose everytime the acne appears then cut back down?

UNTIL IT CLEARS THEN REDUCE DOSE INTO HALF OF WHATEVER U TOOK AND STAY AT THAT FOR SOME TIME.

Shit cleaned me up. I had cystic acne from my first cycle. It got so bad I mean huge boil like zits on my back and shoulders never got on my face thank god. It stuck around for months after I got done. I got a bottle of b5 I took 2-3 grams for the first ten days. It started to clear up. I use benzoly peroxide soap. I keep some b5 around if I start to break out I take it for a few days. The maint should be a gram a day. I remeber my ma god bless her trying to pop some of the ones on my back that shit would fly across the room. My mom is an angel she would do anything for me!

contents: 2 tablets per serving and 30 servings
Vitamin A 5,000iu
B3 50mg
Biotin 300mcg
B5 1500mg
Selenium 200mcg
chromium 120mcg
NAC 300mg
Co-Q10 15mg
piperine 6mg

Sounds like good shit. If you get desperate enough some guys go the accutane route but that has so many side effects of it's own. If you can use natural ingredients to get the job done you're better off.

I take 500 mg a day in the morning, no acne anymore. I also use a face wash once a day. I can say that on my early cycles I did neither, and I got some severe acne

i was taking 3 grams since i started this thread (1.5 weeks??) and have seen some slightimprovements
im going to up the dose to 5 grams

Dude get Clearasil Ultra Overnight Lotion. Been putting it on my face and shoulders and it's literally clearing everything. Only been using it 3 days and this shit works.

I also take 2 grams B5/day. Good luck.
