Walking with the weight isn't a problem obviously, he walked quite easily and I didn't notice any stumbling that indicated he was having trouble.
First though, don't spend so much time bent over like that, taxing the hams and lower back in that position, kneel down and wrap your straps if you insist on using them.
Second that jerk you do at the beginning is going to fuck your back.
Third start doing rack pulls from just below the knee, its obvious from your lift that from the ground to knee level you are strong but you struggle above the knee. Rack pulls will help this.
Fourth.........lose the fuckin straps!!!!1

As far as whats impressive, depends on alot of factors, I know a guy that did 1000# rack pull with straps, thats impressive, I think he got 900 from the floor, also with straps, impressive. But a 450 dead should be doable without straps for most men, especially since its a max pull and not for reps.
