looking forward to the next session cause u guys said its easier then to lift more
when i do the 220kg maybe QO is also impresses that's near to his 500pounds he mentioned  ;D

You should also start squatting again. Do bench squats instead of full squats.

I do the same, just thought he'd be much stronger seeing as his bench is something like 405...

i just tend to get a big ass! and squatting makes your butt grow, at least i feeled like it did


bench squats are better for that? and with bench squats you mean exactly what? maybe i know the german word but the english term isnt helping me right now

I couldn't do heavy deads without chalk... my hands get really sweaty. :-\

Pull a bench between your legs and sit on it when you squat. Youtube it for proper form. You need leg drive to deadlift, squatting will help with that.

Chalk keeps your hands dry so you can hold the bar better, straps hold the bar in your hand, totally different, use chalk if you can.

it's not a problem when i'm ripped but everytime i gain fat even if its a bit my ass looks like gthangs sisters ass, latin bubble butt


and i asked this earlier
you guys got an opinion on that?:

on the bench i'm doing the 120kgx2 right now
what u guys say is that weak compared to my deadlift or is it in relation
