Shit,he`d crank out way more than 20 with 225 most likely.I was in a bench meet for reps in Rochester where Ben White did 315 for 15 full range reps and guest poser Johnny Jackson did 315 for 16 good reps.Adrain could probably equal this if not surpass it going by those DB presses...of course he`d have to train for it a while to get used to the high reps with that kind of weight.
I may give it a shot I just think by the way I train low reps I'll burn out faster. It crazy I once watched a guy handle 300lbs pounds easy easy I'm talking like 12 or so reps, he rested about 5 mins then tried 350 and could barely get it once? Then dropped back down to 315 after resting and got 8 reps? So his stamina was great but is power for the lower rep heavy was weak. I think I'll be opposite this.
Adrain, I bench 225 for 15, ffs, and I'm on half the gear you are on. Try 225 for 40 - 50.

lol 315 for 15 reps and you are claiming natural, that would put you at close to a 1 rep max of 465. You shouldn't try your bullshit in front of people who have actually lifted weights for an extended period of time.
