Adrain, I bench 225 for 15, ffs, and I'm on half the gear you are on. Try 225 for 40 - 50.

You only take half a scoop of cellmass post workout?

I don't think I have ever done the 150's for fifteen, been very close, maybe 13-14 reps, but I have done 315 for 24 reps before and 225 is a joke 40+ easy, so obviously 150 for 15 for dumbells are a lot harder then 315 for 15 :-\

strong lift' Whats your best 1R max?  When I started I followed a bench press training program.  It stated if you can lift 225 for 6 your max should = 315, 315x6=405, 405x6=500.  Over the years I've found this to be very true for myself.

Thanks.  I've noticed when someone post a training video your comments are always about the lifts. You critique and give your opinion only on the lift.  I respect that

315x15?! Dang crazy strong! I know I cant do 315 x 15 maybe not even 225X20 I never train that high in reps so I'll burn out fast I'm too use to lower reps.

Didn't you have a 530 bench? If so, you could have done 405 for sets of 10 reps no problem.

Everyone is different for high reps and low reps, cause sometimes the joints give out before the muscle. I have done 515 on flat for a single and that for me equals 405 for 12 reps 315 for 24 and 225 for 50 reps, of course not lock-out reps, but one time a guy called me out at the gym just for fun to lock-out every rep and a 1 second pause on 225 and I got only 30 reps in this manner so it's all relative

That's interesting...this has always been true for you?  I would've thought that the *rule* was more like 8 or 9, as opposed to 6.

After I get to the 6th rep I stop. Save my strength for the additional weights on the next set.  Somedays I feel like I can do 10 or so but I'd rather add weight the next set.

Anyone on the planet that can do 405 can do 315 for 10, the fact that Adrain has not gotton 10 315 is cause he has not tried, gone to failure and put all his mental charge on the line for 315, but if he did he has 20 reps easy

Yes 6 has been the number for me. After dieting down then bulking back up when I get to the point  I can unrack 405 and get six good controlled reps then I know I'm back at 500 one rep max.

you act like anyone here believe/respects you.
Why is it anyone's business what he's on or not on? Why should he put out on a public forum what illegal substance he's taking? The guy is passionate about lifting and is one of the few people on here that actually talks about training. All everyone talks about here anymore is juice, who's on, what's this guy take, etc. This site is "all drugs." Anyhoo props Adrian, you're a tank. Best press for me was db incline 135 for 8.

True...I can do 315 for 10 and I'm not in the same league as him strength wise.

Actually you would be the strongest Bench Presser on Getbig, Bodybuilding.com, and all of the other boards combined as a Natural at your body weight pressing 315 for 15 and a 450-505 one rep max RAW.

Problem is, you are a liar who can`t even do 225 for 10 full reps let alone 20.

speaking of which- wheres that 110 rep deadlift video, stud?

ahahahahahah your soooooo full of shit.
