op, do you want to do this with or without drugs?

this does matter.

but overall, the very simplest way is cut carbs down to 100-150g a day, every day, no cheat days.

some 200grams protein and little fat.

and work out hard, dont do higher reps bc youre on diet, train as heavy as possible with good form.

The point is I dont eat much at all.  less than 1500 cal a day.

I have been eating this way for months.  I have lost 40 lbs and continue to improve daily.   I just want to be much leaner and healthier

not rocket science, you said You've lost 40lbs you definetely do something right, keep doing what you're doing and add little cardio there and you will do even better and feel healthyer.

with gear youl keep all muscle and natural youll lose all. ;D

and on gear you can go and simply do a crash diet if you have the will and have quick results.

Thank you.   Should I be taking fat burners or is that shit a waste of money.  Could you all reccomend some good things to eat.  I am getting sick of chicken and fish.    I mostly eat salads and fruits lately   I am attempting the alkaline and acid diet

a cheat day isnt a bad idea, if you can keep it to one a week and be strict every other day. many find it motivational for long term cutting

You don't need none of that fatburning stuff, it's all placebo, nothing more. And they won't work anyway unless, you guessed it have your diet in check so it's all money groping and nothing more. You drink coffee, tea? Fatburners are caffeine/taurine/tea products mostly :P

And galeniko is right. If you are at 1500kcal diet and plan on building muscle it's not possible because you're muscles then are in catabolic state. In that state your body will take amino acids from your muscles and you become flat looking and washed out. But you just want to get leaner, so this is easy.

and cheat days is not a rule, don't buy that crap. It's just like saying if you are planning not to have sex for 4 motnhs but you jerk off every now and then it takes away the whole point ;D

Im not exactly a fat ass.  I have 21 inch biceps   I measure 68 inches around the chest   I have a 38 inch waist  34 inch thighs 18 inchs calves and forearms      Not sure if that helps.

No I am not lying.   I was down to 275  however I ate a lot of shit during the holidays.  However I am back on my diet now

And I don't say you're taking drugs (that's up to you and not of my business). You should educate yourself on a healthy weight loss, just by reading. Why asking questions, answered a zillion times before? Just follow a good diet (browse the nutrition section) & do your cardio.

I was down from 310 to 272  and now I am 290.  Added 15 lbs in the last 3 weeks.    I suspect Ill be back to 2705 within 10 days.
