fuck you douche bag... I bought 2 pants from guess costing 327 including tailoring, but the tailoring wasn't ready before new years eve so I will get them on monday... got me frustrated and that was prety much the only reason I didn't go out, went to moms place and ate shit load of food... am I a lame?

really can you not read.  I said I recently started eating right and losing weight.   I am looking for advice for the next 40 lbs.   I recently started eating a much reduced diet and I am seeing results.

You have an excuse for every fucking post that is not giving you encouragement, "you already know what to do", "you have some ok measurements", "you don't really eat a lot", "you're not exactly a fat ass" yeah, 290lbs @ 6f is quite the fitness physique  ::)

 But the pants are long because people have the same waist but differend length limbs, naturally they give the customer the chanse to wear the pants they want with a little tailoring to  make them fit perfectly.

That's why tailoring is a regular serivice, allthough in helsinki it costs  ::)

Seriously - 30 minutes of cardio a day on a threadmill. Start with 2.5 mph with zero uphill, then move to 2.7 with 1% uphill, and so on.  Stop drinking any drink with calories in it, stick with diet soda, water.  Dont eat any desserts, if you need something sweet, get a Yoplait Lite Yogurt with various flavors, aka Boston Creme Pie, etc.  Eat more protein, and much less bread and pasta.  Continue on this simple trek first, and you will lose 20 pounds quickly.  Then if you can start this, then get more serious, start doing some pushups, various exercise and so on.   

But, willpower is the hardest thing - too many excuses, work, family, lack of energy and so on.
