Im sorry guys I didnt mean to upset anyone. I hate reading old threads that are 50 pages of shit talking. I will take the good advice from this thread and never ask the same question again. Im not sure why people are posting about pants and tailoring.
Seriously - 30 minutes of cardio a day on a threadmill. Start with 2.5 mph with zero uphill, then move to 2.7 with 1% uphill, and so on. Stop drinking any drink with calories in it, stick with diet soda, water. Dont eat any desserts, if you need something sweet, get a Yoplait Lite Yogurt with various flavors, aka Boston Creme Pie, etc. Eat more protein, and much less bread and pasta. Continue on this simple trek first, and you will lose 20 pounds quickly. Then if you can start this, then get more serious, start doing some pushups, various exercise and so on.
But, willpower is the hardest thing - too many excuses, work, family, lack of energy and so on.
