I gotta disagree here, ok yeah if you eat 20-30 eggs a day im sure that would be no good for you, just as if you ate 20-30 apples a day, but I do not believe that the Cholesterol that is inside the egg has anything to do with your blood levels. There is no evidence to suggest this what so ever, personally I think its destroyed in the gut by the liver.. the thing that affects your cholesterol in my opinion is lifestyle, health, genetics and diet.
try to boil egg and eat the yellows,, i did it for many years so did mataraza....eat that yellow,, you will be able to feeeeeel the arteries clogged on you ,, you wil be able to feeeel it,, now some dotn give a fuck they say its all in the head,, but that yellow of the egg is number one reason for heart attack same as high saturated fat beef,,
you ned to be intune with your body thats what arnold and serge meant ...nthing to do with training but! it has all to do with health...you can FEEEEL you get slower when you eat those damn yellow in high amount,, it is not recomded by me,, yes you can eat couple but in general eating a lot of them not a good thing
