Ah right your one of them! lol! I have to admit I have been there myself many years ago and I was a big believer in all this high fats and its really good for you shit! The secret ! ha ha !!! Unfortuately I came to realise that this thinking is total bullshit for bodybuilding and will leave you just flat and small. Keto and all the other varieties are just total pugwash!!!
Many years wasted my friend! Bodybuilders need to have lots of carbs to keep muscles big and full, protein for optimum growth and a few healthy fats for vital body functions. This is the wheel of bodybuilding and it is round don't try and reinvent the wheel it is already round just roll with it! and if your taking gear the CARBS are even more important than the fats for results! This is just how it is! Name a Pro in the top 10 at the moment that does Keto?

if you know me a little and read my posts you know i do not even diet... lol!
eat what i want , i just keep it healthy...
but when i need to get in topshape... i do eat a high fat diet.... that is what gets me in shape..
we are not all the same you know??
i agree you can not bodybuild without carbs.... but not everybody needs the same amount... i can go days without carbs and feel and look fine.
a lot of guys eat waaaaay to much carbs and to little healthy fats.
also to little sat fats.. as they are very important as well!
furthermore i am not ONE OF THOSE... i am my own self made man... i tried every diet and no what works for me...have field experience.... not stupid theoretic stuff that looks good on paper... but doen't work!
also helped a lot of guys get in shape...
some on many carbs some on low carbs... but always the fats were there...
this whole fat scare thing is silly!
and one more thing.... it's the drugs that do 90% of the work.... diet only assist in the process....
with the right drugs ALL diets work.... just one bodybuild needs less carbs other needs more.... whatever...
fats should always be there!!! they are essential you know.... ever heard of essential carbs?

fats + protein builds the muscle and carbs are the fuel.... and not every car need the same amount of fuel...
all 3 should be there....
but cut out fats to much and you ruin the process....
