oh yea I know. I guess I just go with the broscience anyway. I figure why take another scoop of whey when I can just take casein instead? The price isn't that much more expensive. I know I don't need it though. Sometimes I'll skip a bedtime shake if I ate too much that day.

what is this balonie with all of this garbage powder made in beverly for all the other scam companys lol its all poweder with bunch of preservative chemicals ,, take hormones take eggwhites ,,,this is ALL you need

1-2 of my meals every day come in liquid form.  It's by necessity as I have to sit in court all morning and sometimes until early afternoon.  I've had no problems with 1/2 egg white, 1/2 whey, pineapple juice shakes.  However, because I am a true believer in The Bible, I cut out the whey for awhile and started drinking all egg white and pineapple juice shakes.  The egg whites wreaked havoc on my digestive system.  Major indigestion and diarrhea.  I even tried taking digestive enzymes but that didn't solve the problem.  I'd love to not rely on whey protein but the discomfort from the egg whites isn't worth it.  I don't know if anyone else has had this problem.

Why would you would rather eat whole food as a rule?? Don't get me wrong, I do, Whey is PWO & when I am stuck in the office (I have cold storage for my shakes).
I eat more Chicken/Eggs, because I can not get MPI over here (there is only 1 import licence in Delhi, & he only just got it).
If I could get MPI here I would mix it 50/50 with the WPC80 & be happy doing 3 shakes & 3 meals a day, as I have in the past with good result.
TBH, I hate chewing & swallowing x6 meals a day  :-X

so you think that right after eating fat , it will allready be in your blood??? it will be in your stomach and guts... and be slowely synthesized... fat slows down metabolism quite a bit...
nuts and egg yolks are great... no need to panic....

blood thickens on steroids because of more red blood cells.... nothing to do with dietery fats...
fats are good... high fat diets are healthy...
diets high in carbs especially simple carbs are what brought the Western diseases.... Type 2 diabetics..
a high total cholesterol level is no problem! as long as the ratio between hdl and ldl is correct...
please do some research before you go and say stuff... use google as i am to lazy now....

fish oil
olive oil
lean meat
nuts
fish
all healthy.... just go easy on red meats
combine these foods with a little complex carbs around training... and you have a very healthy diet.
but like all diets you will not be able to do it forever as it gets boring eating the same stuff.... lol...

The secret ! ha ha !!!  Unfortuately I came to realise that this thinking is total bullshit for bodybuilding and will leave you just flat and small. Keto and all the other varieties are just total pugwash!!!

Many years wasted my friend! Bodybuilders need to have lots of carbs to keep muscles big and full, protein for optimum growth and a few healthy fats for vital body functions. This is the wheel of bodybuilding and it is round don't try and reinvent the wheel it is already round just roll with it! and if your taking gear the CARBS are even more important than the fats for results! This is just how it is! Name a Pro in the top 10 at the moment that does Keto?

I`ve been telling people for years now that they`ll get enough trace fats in their diets...no need to add more.

I wouldn`t bother adding them up,just be aware that you get fats from egg yolks,fish,peanut butter,cottage cheese,beef,salmon,etc. etc.

More than enough already.

I had a guy asking me to critique his pre-contest diet and he was eating 10 Tbsp. of olive oil trying to get cut along with high carbs........that 1000 calories just from the olive oil alone.............too calorie dense.

Most people have to lose weight/fat to get cut up,this guy actually argued with me when I told him to drop all of that oil.......idiot!!

but when i need to get in topshape... i do eat a high fat diet.... that is what gets me in shape..

i agree you can not bodybuild without carbs.... but not everybody needs the same amount... i can go days without carbs and feel and look fine.
a lot of guys eat waaaaay to much carbs and to little healthy fats.
also to little sat fats.. as they are very important as well!
furthermore i am not ONE OF THOSE... i am my own self made man... i tried every diet and no what works for me...have field experience.... not stupid theoretic stuff that looks good on paper... but doen't work!
also helped a lot of guys get in shape...
some on many carbs some on low carbs... but always the fats were there...
this whole fat scare thing is silly!

and one more thing.... it's the drugs that do 90% of the work.... diet only assist in the process....
with the right drugs ALL diets work.... just one bodybuild needs less carbs other needs more.... whatever...
fats should always be there!!! they are essential you know.... ever heard of essential carbs????
fats + protein builds the muscle and carbs are the fuel.... and not every car need the same amount of fuel...
all 3 should be there....
but cut out fats to much and you ruin the process....

I dont know if it is real or fake, but why do you have trouble believing he would drink those shakes? Pros drink shakes too, believe it or not.

You know why? Because whey protein does EXACTLY the same thing to your body that solid protein does. How the hell does your body know whether you are drinking protein or eating it??? It doesn't give a shit how and what you consume, as long as it's protein

You don't use shakes immediately post-workout or intraworkout to get carbs?

Would be pretty hard IMO to get them without shakes...
