dont knwo about you ,, but i sushi,, then next meal lazagna ,, then next meal was pizza,, then a meal after was bean soup and some turky jerky pasrami,, then meal after eggwhites and pine apple juice and some icecream ,, lol

even the few naturals around ...they walk around 8-9% 180 lol and eat burgers in 5 guys and whatever else they want,, but! when going down to 6%! then they clean it all up,,
hormkonized....we can be 6% and eat whatever still lol especialy on gh ,, we will be water loged to some degree ofcourse ,, but diet is a big balonie invented by the danta and sons of the last century called weider
