no drugs, no bodybuilding..
i used to do do 20 sets for legs, all to failure, squats, front squats, hack squats, leg press, leg extensions.. every workout.. worked good while i was a natty... i cant train like that on juice though, my muscles just dont respond to it.. a few good sets is all they neeed and all they can take..
