Deadlifting in socks or flat shoes is nothing new.

I`m sure he took off his shoes just to deadlift,then put them back on after he was done and moved on to the resat of his workout.

Years ago,lots of powerlifters pulled in their stocking feet or wore gymnastic shoes/slippers.
It was dumb back then, and it is dumb now.

taking shoes off for deadlifts is the final desperate act of reducing range of motion

 :D !!

Actually, removal of the socks is THE final last act of desperation.

Those chikenbreast r fake! Considering how long time he is shewing one bite like 2 minutes, no way in hell he is eating all that before the workoutsession, no way...he can barely swallow what he have in his mouth...

my feet hurt if i try to deadlift without shoes  :-\
