How the fuck do you guys deal with this? In the past two days I've had three hours of sleep. I can't sleep before 8 AM, just doesn't happen. I tried sleeping four hours ago, I just tossed and turned in bed for three hours before giving up on sleep... again... What do?

Don't say "I deal with trensomnia by not using tren". ;D

Sleep with the fan in your face. You might get sick but it will knock you out.

I used to have this problem when I actually made "homebrew"...  It sucked, I know but prob the best Tren I ever had...  Valium or colonpins helped...  I noticed after a while the sleeplessness went away..

I started a thread about this months ago. I use xanax. takes away anxiety and puts you out! its a human tranquilizer! it is addictive so start at 1mg a night before bed if that dosn't work use 2-3mg. first try melatonin is that is over the counter and it might work for you. but any benzo like valium, ativan, klonopin or the king xanax will work for sure. especially xanax since it works the fastest.

It would suck to get hooked on that shit though. I have some laying around I use for severely stressfull days. I have to be careful not to take it more than a few days in a row. I've been through opiate withdraw that is fucken hell I heard benzo wd is like 5 times worse.

This has worked for me. And I gotta be up by 0530. I have plenty of valium which I've been backing away from. It'll get me down by 1am. I just can't wake up. And I really don't want a permanant benzo habit. This works pretty good and is all natural, still wake up groggy but atleast you sleep some: 5-htp, melatonin, valerian root, benadryl or unisom which is a different antihystimine(doxylamine)25-50mg either. Works for me for the most part. Anyone else got anything else natural to throw in there I missed? Oh and I take all at once. Valerian smells like shit but works.

yes super addictive! becarfeul with it if you find some. thats why you might want to try the melatonin. you can get hooked on xanax very easily especially if you take more then 1-2mg a night. all benzos are super addictive. they work though. if you can use a small amount you could probably stop without any withdrawal. but anymore than 3mg a night you will def get withdrawal symptoms. even if you just use it for a few weeks. It will work. but it comes with a risk of addiction.

What opiate Mak? I danced with the devil(oxy) for over a year. Been off since May 2011, and it's still in my head(hence the reason I lift myself to death). Thats why I backed the fuck off the Valium. If that withdrawal is worse than oxy, I dont want no part of it. Opiate withdrawal was and absolute nightmare. But I was able to do it on my own. I just got to where I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror. Thank god I never progressed to smoking or banging that shit.

I have had both benzo and opiate withdrawals together and was crippled. but yes just single benzo withdrawal is horrible. try the melatonin. if you use a benzo like xanax or klonopin or valium keep the dose very low and you wont have a real hard time getting off them . you have to taper off benzos slowly and you will be cool.

Stay the hell away from oxies forever man. You will eventually completely forget about it! I had a bad couple years with that shit. I got out of it to. It was a misserable way to live. Very fun for the first few months and then it completely drained my bank account and ruined my life! Just stay away from it man! Smoke weed or something.

was it oxycontin or oxycodone IR(instant release? and how much were you taking and for how long? that stuff is almost impossible to come off of depending on what dose you were taking unless you used suboxone.

Its a slippery slope when you start taking pills to sleep, eventually you'll be in the mindset that you cannot sleep without them!

Trensomnia must suck though, have a wank? Read one of suckmymuscle's posts, I've woken up hours later on my keyboard from that boring twat.

Any and every dose, just over a year. Depended on what I could get. IR/SR. At first percs(thats how it starts), then cracking SR 80's in half and taking both halves. It varied man. Compared to some I've talked to, my doses weren't shit. It was like subconsciously I was holding myself back from going all out. I got to a point I would of just done them forever. I loved taking it the second I woke up on an empty stomach. But overtime you gotta use more and more to achieve that awesome euphoric rush. But @ Mak. I'm done forever. I don't know about you but I've seen the end product with users. That was enough for me. Lesson learned. I quit on my own WW. It was a point of pride. Letting a narcotic own you=weakness.

A lot of druggies in this thread. Jesus christ. Lol.

Anyways, try 5-HTP and / or Melatonin. Works for me, although I don't have sleep issues while on Tren. Only anxiety attacks. Oh, well. Tren effects us all differently.

Another voice here for the melatonin.  Works very well for me, and I sleep in the day because I work nights.  Also, are you on GH?  I couldn't sleep more than three or four hours at a time on 100mg eod of tren ace.  On even just 4iu per day I started sleeping 6-7 hours.
200mg eod right now and 10iu gh ed and I sleep like a baby.

That's why I like this site man. You get to hear guys like you tell with brutal honesty the evil that lurks out there. You could be an M.D. with every award on earth and still fall into this shit. Alot of former users of stupid shit yes, but we overcame and learned and now when you hear our horror stories you won't repeat our mistakes. If you met me now, you would have no idea about the crap I got myself into. I look inshape, well spoken, own my own house, all the normal things. On here I can be anonymous and tell the brutal truths of what I stupidly fell into. Sometimes these things make you stronger. I will end with this. Working out has literally saved my life. It lets you focus everything negative into something positive and sorta cleanses you.
