kinda questioning the full upper body on friday...

how old are you, what's your level of experience (how many years have you been lifting seriously), what are your goals (gain mass, get lean?) what exercise breakdown and set/rep ranges will you be using?

late 20's,few years experience, plan to do mostly back and chest esp chest, that's my lagging part of my body, just started using machines and felt great, been using free weights, never machine..

goal is to gain mass, been stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks now...rep ranges will be the usual 8-12 ,6-9 sets of different exercises for both back&chest...

currently on 500mgs test weekly..cycle ends 3 weeks more but plan to stay on(test is cheap anyway)...

Agree..what's the use of helping any druggie who seems only to mainly be focused  on the chest and back? Makes no sense. Late 20's, a few years experience and doing test....really uncool. Might want to go to the junkie board, they will help you. Just to add, that split (even with test) is whacked.

One thing I do agrees with, that weekends are not meant for workouts. Weekends are for freedom from what you have been doing the rest of that week. Good Luck.
