late 20's,few years experience,plan to do mostly back and chest esp chest,that's my lagging part of my body,just started using machines and felt great,been using free weights,never machine..
goal is to gain mass,been stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks now...rep ranges will be the usual 8-12 ,6-9 sets of different exercises for both back&chest...
currently on 500mgs test weekly..cycle ends 3 weeks more but plan to stay on(test is cheap anyway)...
