So, since he can't tout his record as justification for re-election, he goes into scare-tactic mode, claiming that opposition to taxpayers (especially at religious institutions) footing the bill for women screwing around is tanamount to taking away birth control and/or abortion pills.

Liberals talk that yak, "My body, my choice"! Conservatives say, "Your body, your choice....YOUR DIME!!".
