Don't get me wrong, I respect where he's coming from and at least he still trains and looks to be in shape (although I'm not sure why, when flexing, his right bicep is so noticeably larger than the left).
He speaks the truth regarding supplements and such however he's a businessman and the business of supplementation dictates that to maximize products, ya gotta overpromise and underdeliver. That's the way it is.
But supplements for the most part are garbage anyway, in my opinion. I like the Shawn Ray attitude: real food, eat it.
