EASIEST (non extra software) way for PC.....

1) Pause the video where you want it
2) Press CTRL+print screen button
3) Open up Paint program
4) Press CTRL+V
5) Use the rectangle select tool and select the part of the screen you want to post
6) Press CTRL+X
7) File > New > CTRL+V
Cool save file to desktop (as jpg)
9) go to tinypic.com and upload file
10) cut and paste the URL (for message boards) in your post

maybe he isnt training as much now...
and more than likely he has more going in his life than to be worrying about how much he benches

You do realize that was the 30th rep of a set he recorded a little over a year ago, right?  Same clothes, same "Wooo, that's what's up baby" move off the bench.

I don't know why everyone assumes he's lost 29 reps since late 2010 Wink  The bastard almost got 315 after not training for years (or so he said; YMMV).

Well, Kevin CLAIMED he could do 440 as a natty.  He could do 405 for two looking like he did in the video you quoted, so you'll get about a 60/40 split saying he's on/clean.  I'd say he was on something but probably nothing crazy.

pretty much everyone on this entire forum, juicers included, can grow their pecs using two plates.

you gotta make it harder, not easier.

try a 6 second negative on incline barbell press. each and every rep. keep your elbows tucked, hand spacing a bit wider than shoulder width. look down at your chest and make sure your contracting the pecs on the way up, HARD on the way up.

probably only a few guys on here who could do more than 10 reps with 225lbs in that fashion.

I don't doubt that, but am I the only person who's noticed his "mighty struggle for one rep with 225" is one in the same as his 30th rep with the same weight from an old video?  I seriously doubt the fuck was clean in his "comeback" but it's absolutely idiotic to assume the man can't handle 2 plates based on a snippet of a clip.

Here's another newsflash:  in Greg Kovacs' shitty video, while the man's pressing, we never see the weights when he goes over 4 plates on the incline.  What we DO see is him doing the same couple of reps, over and over, only for the camera to cut away and show more weight on the bar  Roll Eyes

Don't get me wrong, I respect where he's coming from and at least he still trains and looks to be in shape (although I'm not sure why, when flexing, his right bicep is so noticeably larger than the left).

He speaks the truth regarding supplements and such however he's a businessman and the business of supplementation dictates that to maximize products, ya gotta overpromise and underdeliver.  That's the way it is.  

But supplements for the most part are garbage anyway, in my opinion.  I like the Shawn Ray attitude: real food, eat it.
