1) Lean does not equal contest shape.

2) Seriously think about this one....and please back it up....WHERE did he say to anyone that they can achieve what he does? 

All you are doing is being fed your 'sheep pudding'....met the guy, talked to the guy, I know many who know him too.  Vince G...Wes....we all have seen him mature over the years.  People get so butt hurt about his antics in the gym.  WHO THE FUCK CARES???

Why should you?  Again, tell everyone how diligently you follow a routine...or do you do what I assume you do

I posted my 'diet' a while back and was todl I ate like a figure competitor (LOL....had to laugh about that...seriously...was fucking funny).

I know what I should eat day in and day out.  My cheat day is sunday...and sometimes, when I come home on Monday night I am so damn exhausted I say fuck it and have some m&m's.....otherwise its clean mon - thur with last meal on thursday being a cheat meal.  Then back to clean friday and sat....My best meal of the week is my saturday night steak....I seriously look forward to that more than I do my thur night meal.

I am TOTALLY ADD when it comes to eating.  I am loose about things, but other than that...I stick to what I know keeps me looking the way I want.

Dont count calories = no tracking of needed energy and macros

eat too little = no gains

eat too much = muscle gains, lots of fat gains too
