Yes..don't do them. For a supposed trainer you should know this. You know, too much external rotation, possible cervical impingement. I'm sure you understand

I'm not trying to build muscle u know...  I'm just lookin for tips, advices about the technique and form... From weightlifters for example.

Jerks are done from in front not back. See progressions and sequence. Ironic this subject came uptwice in the same day.

i don't know. i do light behind the neck military on the smith..going heavy seems dangerous though. you're look strong on them

I know...but unfortunately I can't do the clean and jerk... I tried many times and I just can't bend my arms like that...

I do it for fun. Also tryin to build better balance, explosiveness and maybe some power... It's good for wrestling.

I think he is more the type that trains middle-aged single men that like to be supervised by a swole pro.

Its not competitive wrestling though. Just look huge, you don't really have to do the part
