WHAT RITCH SAID... come on guys and gals you really want to put up some imaginary wall on your development?...ARE THAT MANY OF YOU LOOKING FOR  REASON TO FAIL?!  the only truth is we cannot get as overall large as a user. if some of you want to screw up your mind with that kinda thinking go ahead, but your really simply showing how weak your mind is and nothing else. keep on going with your broscience and you will never complete your goals.

Personally it has been my arms and shoulders. Luckily I don't even have to train my calves and they stay a good inch bigger than my arms (striated) and I suppose I have good chest genetics because I don't think I've seen to many naturals at my body weight (5'10 180lbs) with my chest development and I can't use a lot of weight with my chest pressing exercises. I do have a good mind/muscle connection going on there though, I feel every rep. My quads/glutes have also been very good responders over the years. My back is nothing special looks wise (I can't see the damned thing really) but on good days I can do reps of 3-5 with a 100-110lb dumbbell when I do pull ups.

And it is what everyone here is saying....it's all genetics for what will be your hard responders. Don't make excuses either way, just freaking push some weight.

In my opinion, the reason the low back isnt developed on most of them are for these reasons:

1) they dont want to do things like deadlifts because the exercise is 'worthless' / builds a 'thicker waist'
2) If not complete deads, they will rely on 'rack deads' because they read about DoggCrap and he recommends is
3) stack the shit out of some poorly designed low back extension machine rather than doing them right
4) Refuse to do hyperextensions because its a 'pussy exercise'
5) Partial squats...the ol' 3" depth is good enough to keep adding weight to the bar....

By no means is my lower back in the best shape it has been but it is thick. I have deadlifted heavier and squatted heavier for longer periods than I have recently.

It is all individual there is no real answer. Developing muscle is not the hard part, keeping it when lean is.

chest. its all genetics though. what's hard for one won't always be the same for the other .

natural or not, the only thing that ever made mine grow (not that I have a huge set, far from it) is gaining weight. Walking around at a heavier setting just made them grow. Surely many of you have noticed how many fat dudes have big calves...

How many times do you see guys  training calves ?

Most people with  shitty calves  do  3 or 4  different exercises for biceps ,triceps, chest ....... and  they do 3 quick set for calves after a leg workout,   then they blame lack of calf development on genetics.

good strategy to do them first while you still have a full gas tank so you dont train them half assed, I might try it.
