Always train, on or off, lower the frequency and weight while off. More cardio sessions while off.

well, i do, because its the most demanding part.

test levels of an eunuch, shrinking daily, being weaker every onsecutive workout, pump is pathetic, the list could go on forever.

i used to never even go near a gym when i came off the juice, all the way until i started gear again, thinking all gains would go the hell anway.

but this was a huge mistake and frankly, its the mentality of a pussy.

if you dont go to the gym while being off, then you are plainly a drug addict and havent got the spirit of a bbuilder.

opinions?

ps: this doesnt mean i admire natties, lol.they have no say in this, they dont know how shit it is to come off.

Agree.

Its means your genetics suck and you rely on drugs to compensate with your shitty genetics lol.

I train 4-5 days a week either ON or OFF and I look great, just "slimmer" when off.

Not training when youre "off" is nonsense and stupidity.

i always lose strength at first, then gradually get it back to where i left off..takes up to 6 months though. when im at about the same place i was whilst on gear, while off, i plan another cycle.

i actually train harder when off, for some reason. less frequent, but i tend to bust my ass more.

yes, i know one guy who was on for some 20years straight.
he developed brain cancer, and had it treated and made it out alive.

docs said he only survived because he was strong and big before the treatment.

nomad, thanks for that valueable contribution :P

This reminds me of my friend who recently fell down the concrete stair. Doctors said he'd probably have snapped his neck if not all the muscle mass he has, so he came out with just a strain, and the fall was pretty damn horrible.

Almost all guys stop training when they stop juicing because as one said to me, " It's a waste of time training without drugs."  I found a lot of the guys that claimed they stopped and still train are only taking a short break in between cycles. I don't consider a 4 to 6 weeks off drugs to be truly off. Maybe 4 to 6 months is. Taking 4 weeks off after being 4 months on and repeating that cycle isn't exactly training clean.

recovery biggest issue when off, just train every second day and a bodypart once a weekly, with cardio each day in between. You need to come off for many reasons, keep an eye on bloodwork when on and off and get to know your body and what you can get away with taking without huge change in your bloodwork. Self knowledge is the key with long term use.

This is a wise way to use gear and a good advice, but honestly, every single one juicehead that has been using for a few decades I know hasn't ever got a single bloodwork, just like gh15 said many times - some may, but most - rely on their "genetics" lol..

Same thing happened to me, fell off a roof. Got hurt pretty good, but the docs said my muscle saved my life, I should have broken my neck and my back. Got PAID too...ha ha

I train 5 times a week whether I`m on or off.............training is a big part of my life and daily routine.

As it should be - it's mostly about joy and doing it.
Too many folks have too high of an expectation and lack physical talent.

When off you can't go balls to wall, especially if over 30, more injury prone

But training is like a ritual, its fun, and a hobby, obviously when off you don't make same gains, and harder to maintain muscle/control bf

But some people make it sound like training is a burden, a schlep

I never had a problem with training while off cycle. Sure you aren't as strong and the workouts aren't the same, but i still enjoy lifting while being clean. I watch what i eat and always get blood work every 3 months or so.

I actually make decent progress when I'm clean, a lot of it is in your head and you need to push yourself no matter if you are on 3g's or clean.

Newsflash;

In your teenage years, in your 20s, you have more testosterone and more energy to lift weights, you spend your whole life focusing on "how to prove you re smarter, stronger, faster than other males in order to get the best looking female /reproductive mate" then come the 30s and you -are suposed to- have other, more mature, developped, various interests in life. Testosterone production NATURALLY decreases, as do libido etc. The meaning of life/ kids question is suposed to pop out -for those who actually were able to start a meaningful relationship with a woman, less and less common nowadays in our degenerate atheist societies full of teens trapped in grown ups bodies raised by hysterical single moms-. You re not suposed to be self centered anymore, you re suposed to have developped a deeper understanding of life, you re supposed to have more responsabilities, to be able to contribute to society, a family.

Some immature, faithless men cant deal with that reality and go the steroid, viagra, hair implant, big stuff buying, cheating on your "girlfriend(s)" route to stay "in the race" with the youngest males. Insecure, ignorant losers who developed no real skills whatsoever, who are unable to create or maintain significant relationships with others. Those males are called losers. Their role models they try to imitate every day are fucking tv soaps characters. They find no rest, no peace in any of their vain endeavours the harder they try, ironically. They re just looking at something they need, where it actually isnt.

What is wrong with training while natural?  What is wrong with living a healthy lifestyle, and wanting to be in shape?  So people should only exercise while on roids?  Stop over analyzing shit dick head.

where did i say it is wrong to train while natural ? I actually advocate to do it all life long in most of my posts retard. I'm simply saying that between not training at all, and training obsessively , exageratly to hide psychological insecurities there s a right middle to be found.
