Also, SMM is quite skilled at using "slang" in a derogatory fashion. That is difficult if you are not a native speaker. I believe him when he said he had lived in the US. SMM is Pedro Coderch and there are lots of shared features between SMM, Coderch and Melao, but IMO Melao cannot be SMM. Take a look:
