Does anyone have?

It hurts a lot
i stretch,do isometic exercices but still in pain

Any opinions?

Wow!! You're the first person I've ever heard of having it.
I believe it was one of the conditions we learned about in my Medical Terminology class, but we only learned what it is; nothing more.

Honestly, I just did a quick search and found this: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/chondromalacia-patella/DS00777

They recommend trying to remedy the symptoms with rest and ice.
If that doesn't work, physical therapy, and possibly surgery may be required.

As for rehab techniques, here are some resources:
