245 x 4 or 5, and i've only been benching for 4 months.  Ha, ha, i wish.

I benched all through high school and got a sick bench.  Then i gave it up for more wimpy exercises, don't ask why, it was a dark time in my life  :-\.

So now, i've relied on some muscle memory and it's really sprung back up there.  I have the distinct feeling that it's not going anywhere for a while, however, as i'm not very genetically strong and i just hurt my shoulder or biceps tendon or something that is tweaking during the bench.

Goin up to 245lbs in 2 weeks! Next week If i get 8 reps or more out on 225lbs I will go up to 245lbs and see how many I get. Last week I was taking creatine strong and got 6 reps. This week, I was off the creatine, and did it again, 6 reps. I figure since I'm staring it up again this week, by next week I should bust out 8 reps or more out on 225lbs. YEAH!

training 6yrs steady 2(bad week) to 4 (good week)days a week

best lift bench 425 for 3 elbows to just under 90* bar about 2 inch from chest 
(yes i know that it would not count as a power lift comp but i am trying to keep what little is left of my rotators that i still have)

and over head press 315 for 2

25 yrs
most ever benched was 160kgs for 2, but I think my spotter was helping a bit. Usually around 140kgs for a few.
Training 7 years, prob last 2 or 3 of those training properly, eating still not enough. Need to start smoking weed.
Done a few cycles, first was a few dbols a day for a few weeks (waste of time and money), second was 300mgs of deca a week for 12 weeks (crashed and lost it), third was a bit more deca I think, fourth was sust 250 1ml a week for a few weeks then 2 ml, then crashed again (dumb girl), current cycle is enanthate pyramidded up to 1125mgs a week on my way down now (no fucking crashing this time baby).

Didn't taper down. You know you have to taper off the gear, don't you? You need to allow your body to slowly get back to normal, whereas I just stopped and because I had no test in me at all for a while, I lost my gains. That's what crashed means.

I used HCG, but apparently u have to take a little at a time and every couple of days. I just banged the whole lot in once a week.

Nolva, clomid and all that shit is VERY hard to come by where I live. So, didn't forget, just couldn't get! Plus I did the HCG wrong. Bummer. At least I know better now.

training for a year maybe a year and a half
230 lbs.

my bench is 260x1.... 185x10

yep..pretty weak pecs..but they are decently sized at least. can see them about 2 and a hlaf inches thick from the side.

Nah dude, I'm saying be patient. Ur only 16, so don't expect to be lifting like the older guys. Keep at it.
